Cancellation & Booking Policy
Cleaning Policy
A $150 deposit is required to book your cleaning. The final balance will be determined after a walk through of the premises. Balance will be due after completion. Failure to pay balance after 7 days will result in a 5% late fee, that will reoccur every week until balance is paid.
To cancel or reschedule your service please contact us 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid any fees. Canceling or rescheduling in the 24 hour window before your appointment will result in a 15% cancellation fee. Canceling within 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Trash-to-Curb Policy
Trash to Curb service is a monthly based subscription only. Payments are charged on the first of the month.
To cancel your subscription, be sure to do so before the first of the month to avoid being charged for the next. If cancelled in the middle of the month there will be no refund of the remaining services paid for.
