Cancellation & Booking Policy
Cleaning Policy
A $20 deposit is required to secure your cleaning booking. Failure to pay the balance after 7 days will result in a 5% late fee, which will recur every week until the balance is paid.
To cancel or reschedule your service, please get in touch with us 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid any fees. Canceling or rescheduling in the 24 hour window before your appointment will result in a 15% cancellation fee. Canceling within 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Trash-to-Curb Policy
Trash to Curb service is a monthly based subscription only. Payments are charged on the first of the month.
To cancel your subscription, be sure to do so before the first of the month to avoid being charged for the next. If cancelled in the middle of the month there will be no refund of the remaining services paid for.
